All ammo types have the following special rules:
Rending
Master crafted

Special rules:
And they shall know no fear
Fearless
Rending
Feel no pain (5+)

Survival expert:
This special rules confers the Eternal warrior rule, gives the model a 6+ invulnerable save and means that the model can never lose its last wound on the same turn as it lost its first wound. In addition when the model loses its last wound it may make a single shooting attack as if it was the shooting phase, even if the model is in CQC.

Last stand exppert:
The Lamenter may fire all his weapons in the shooting phase not just one and, if he did not shoot in the shooting phase, may fire ranged weapons whilst in CQC, however he can only target the unit he is locked in combat with.
If there are no friendly models within 18" the Lamenter can fire all his weapons twice each and gains furious charge and rage.
In addition the Lamenter may never join a unit or gain ANY modifiers or special rules from friendly models, this means he can never be the target of a blessing Psykic power.

Just a couple of quick things: the stats don't like up with each heading, and I don't quite understand where Feel No Pain, It Will Not Die, Eternal Warrior and an Invun come from. I know that he is one of only two surviving Lamenters, but health upgrades and benefits seem more suited to an Apothecary like Meros and not a sharpshooter. Speaking of which, why the higher strength if he's neither a specifically melee character, nor actually uses his strength for close combat, considering he uses his Boltgun? To counter this, he could gain Furious Charge. After all, Blood Angel successor.

The FnP and it will not die are to represent the stubborn unwillingness to die similar to commissar yarrick. The Eternal warrior is for balance reasons, what use is a 250pt model that gets killed by a battle cannon (S8 vs T4). The 6+ invulnerable?... well all will be revealed at a later date. The rules also encourage the last stand type game play. Without them it would be a very short last stand.
Good idea with the furious charge.

You could always lower the point cost ;D

Using my points calculator, plus and minus some rough estimates, I think 200 points would be a reasonable price.

200? He has the potential to put out 8 S5 AP3 and 2 S8 AP2 shots per turn then charge and do it again...
That's 16 S5 AP3 and 4 S8 AP2 shots per turn...
That's basically a 12 man sternguard squad with 4 Meltas.

Oh, I must have overlooked the fact you actually edited the rules for each ammo type. Hm, ok, better keep him high, or nerf that ammo power.
